Yes! I used to believe that God worked through His church in spite of our frailty and "misfitness". I've come to believe that that the misfitness is His point. We are being trained to love by communing with others that are very different from us and are often difficult to love (as we are often difficult to love!).

This is brilliant, and it made me cry. The misfits and the perfectly perfect in the big box —such a timely metaphor for the world we live in.
